捷星 Price Beat Guarantee 使用教學

先介紹什麼是PBG

簡單說就是你看到另一家廉航的價格比捷星便宜的話，趕快跑去跟捷星說，他會用另一家的價格再打九折賣你，讓你坐捷星好不好~


限制
1.國內線、亞洲區、澳洲-紐西蘭等: 對手航空出發時間需為捷星出發時間 ± 1小時 (剛好一小時OK)
   其他國際線:同日出發即可
2.相同幣值，於網路可訂購
3.對手有提供英文官網，日本捷星的航班可使用日文，越南捷星的航班可使用越文
4.比捷星starter便宜(價格包含所有費用總價)
5.需於72小時後出發
6.只適用於新預定，已訂票的不適用
7.需為其他航空，如捷星日本與捷星亞洲則不能比價喔
8.機場需相同，如捷星只有東京成田就不能比較虎航的東京羽田
9.不能比較里程換票或是會員價，如Peach的會員價格、亞航的big 都不行

10.對手航空含行李也可以比價，小於19公斤捷星不提供，大於等於20公斤，捷星只再加入20公斤行李價格

上面的限制看起來很多，其實是很簡單的，就是找離捷星出發前後一小時的航班即可，而且還免去訂票手續費喔，來回還可再省去TWD 330~400

台北->大阪: 捷星 3K 723 VS 虎航 IT 210、捷星 GK 50 VS 樂桃 MM 024、捷星 3K 723 VS 威航 ZV 208

一般來說台灣官網只說用打電話的訂PBG票，但是電話有點麻煩，等待時間、口音、核對等都不是很方便

其實澳洲跟新加坡官網都是可以使用線上對談的方式來PBG喔，終於找到友人可以讓我來BPG的機會，下面就截圖給大家看看一些使用流程，對話可以都很簡單的

首先先到官網PBG頁面，會看到下圖的start chat，點下去會有小視窗跳出就可以開始了

跳出的視窗會要你填一些資料 

填完以後按begin chat就會跳入等待的對話框，有個預估等待時間，等有人可以跟你聊天的時候他就會自我介紹了，這次遇到"Dee"

 下面開始是真正的對話
Dee:I understand you'd like to book a flight, making use of our Price Beat Guarantee offer? I can certainly help you with this. First step - what is your full name? 他知道你要用PBG，你叫什麼名呀

 Dee:Hello, bonanzabox. I hope you're doing well today. To confirm, we're comparing a one way flight with Tiger for 2 passengers, Gold Coast to Sydney for the 11th of November, 17:45 flight time?  希望你今天過得很好，我們要比較11/11 兩人單程 虎航的黃金海岸往雪梨對嗎

 You: yes

Dee:And are both passengers adults 兩位都是成人嗎
You: yes

Dee:Thank you. The total after the discount is $ 80.19 AUD. Shall we proceed? 經過比對已經確認可以使PBG，折扣後總價是 80.19AUD，確定繼續嗎

 **在這邊需要托運行李的話請一併訂購，捷星事後購買會比較貴喔

這邊講了一堆，只是跟你說捷星的票價規則，請你再次確認

**接下來旁邊會出現這樣的信用卡資料頁面讓你輸入後付款，不要直接打在對話框裡喔

In a moment, a secure payment form will appear to the right of this window - you can enter your credit card details there. Please ensure there are no spaces when entering your credit card. The information that you enter in the payment form is secured for transfer and storage. The credit card number will be masked and encrypted for security purposes and the CVV will not be included. 跟你說不要輸入信用卡在對話框，旁邊的表格資料都是安全傳送的

當輸入完信用卡資料以後，就會告訴你免訂票手續費

接下來等到過帳成功以後會告訴你付款成功、訂單編號、行程確認單將在72小時內發送至email

這邊就已經預訂成功了，之後會有個小提醒或是再問問有什麼還需要幫忙的，直接說個no,thanks 即可


捷星這種訂票方式很適合澳洲、日本這種國內線經常促銷的時候使用，澳洲以小編的經驗是都有虎航的促銷票可以比較的，而且虎航常常促銷非常容易，現在亞航、澳虎航都開航巴里島了，這種航線只要同天出發的就可比價非常方便!!
